Because being fit starts in the mind.

I know what it feels like to be a busy mom who is constantly tired, overwhelmed, and slowly losing herself while caring for everyone else. I didn’t want to feel unhappy, I just didn’t know how to fix it until I returned to something I had quietly put aside: fitness.
When I started moving again, everything changed. After each workout, I felt more energized, more patient, and more like.... me. That feeling carried into every part of my life-how I showed up for my kids, my home, and myself. I knew other moms needed to experience that same sense of strength and clarity. So I enrolled in NASM for my Personal Trainer Certification and Wellness Certification. I didn't stop there, I also became certified in Zumba, STRONG Nation and CIRCL Mobility.
My husband and I transformed my garage into a small, welcoming gym and I began offering small group in-person sessions, personal training and virtual classes. Last summer I started hosting free Saturday workouts at the park for women in my community. Watching women reconnect with their bodies and confidence made it clear that this work was bigger than fitness.
BooDee Fitness was created to support women—especially moms in prioritizing their well-being in a judgment-free, supportive space. My mission is simple, to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered—inside and out.

We believe in movement that feels good, strength that builds confidence, and wellness that supports both mind and body. Here, there’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself.
